The room was very clean, a positive aspect of my stay.

The front desk staff seemed unwilling to provide an invoice before checkout. I repeatedly asked for it on different days but was denied, and this caused delays when leaving for the airport. there was no flexibility regarding early check-in. Instead of accommodating me, I was advised to book an extra night and subsequently charged a 'no show' fee despite informing them of my early arrival.

The location is superb. restaurants and cool spots are just steps away! also, the lobby has this amazing vibe, with music and a bookshop. they really took care of my kid's allergies. The team was super supportive.

the ac wasn't working properly. it was a real bummer. the coffee maker was also out of order. made my morning a bit less convenient.
